„Hasi bleibt! Freiräume verteidigen“

Am 5. Januar 2016 besetzten Aktivist*innen ein Gebäude in der Hafenstraße 7, welches zuvor zehn Jahre leer stand. Innerhalb von zwei Jahren hat es sich zu einer festen Institution als subkulturelles Stadtteilzentrum in Halle entwickelt, in dem Rassismus, Faschismus, Sexismus, Homophobie oder Antisemitismus keinen Platz finden.

In einem stets selbstorganisierten und unkommerziellen Rahmen finden dort, wo früher Leerstand verfiel, nun Bildungsveranstaltungen und Baueinsätze statt – das Haus dient darüber hinaus als Treffpunkt für Familien oder geflüchtete Menschen, es gibt Sportgruppen, Selbsthilfewerkstätten, eine Theatergruppe mit Amphitheater, gemeinsames Kochen, einen Umsonst-Laden, einen großen Garten, eine kleine Bibliothek und vieles mehr. Am 31.Januar 2018 lief der Nutzungsvertrag aus – eine Räumung und damit das Ende des Projektes drohen. Die Ausweichobjekte, in die die Hasi umgesiedelt werden sollte, sind aus triftigen Gründen keine Optionen. Die Hafenstraße 7 wird für Investor*innen immer interessanter und die Hasi soll Luxuswohnungen in Form von Betonklötzen weichen.
Das kann aber noch verhindert werden!

Wir fordern die Vermieterin (HWG) auf, die Hasi nicht räumen zu lassen, damit das vielfältige ehrenamtliche Engagement weitergeführt werden kann.
Wir fordern die Stadtratsfraktionen auf, dem Antrag zum Verkauf des Objektes an den Trägerverein zuzustimmen, um diesen Gewinn für die Stadt Halle zu erhalten.
Wir fordern eine partizipative und nachhaltige Stadtpolitik, die sich nach den Bedürfnissen der Menschen – und nicht nach den Profitinteressen von Unternehmen – richtet!

Wir solidarisieren uns mit allen, die ebenfalls für eine Stadt für alle und gegen Mieterhöhungen, Räumungsklagen und Verdrängung im urbanen Raum kämpfen!

Kommt mit uns am 24.02. um 15:00 Uhr auf den Marktplatz in Halle/ Saale und tretet ein für ein lautes, buntes und entschlossenes „Hasi bleibt!“.

Bitte beachtet: Wir wünschen uns, dass Parteifahnen o. ä. zu Hause bleiben – dies ist keine Wahlkampfveranstaltung.

“Hasi stays – Let’s defend free spaces”-demonstration

On 5th January 2016, activists were squatting a building in Hafenstr. 7, which has been empty for 10 years. Within two years it developed to a sub-cultural centre in Halle as a permanent space without racism, facism, sexism, homophobia or antisemitism.
Educational events and construction days take place in a continuously self-organised and uncommercial context. Where empty space became a ruin gradually, it is nowadays used as meeting point also for families and refugees, you can find sports groups, do-it-yourself-workshops, a theatre group with amphitheatre, people to cook together, a free shop, a big garten, small library and much more.
On 31st January 2018, the contract for using the space expired – the project is in threat of eviction which would mean the end for all activities. The alternative places which where offered to Hasi for relocation are not an option because of several reasons.
The Hafenstr. 7 is getting more and more interesting for investors – the Hasi should be replaced by luxury flats in concrete blocks. This can be prevented still !

We demand the land lord (HWG) to stop any eviction plans and enable the continuation of a diverse volunteer work in Hasi.
We demand that the fractions of the city council consent to selling the house to the supporting association for not losing this benefit for the city of Halle.
We demand a participatory and sustainable municipal policy which follows the needs of citizens instead of the companies and their profit interest.

We solidarise with all who fight for a city for everybody! We solidarise with all who fight against increases in rent, actions of eviction and displacement in the urban space !

Hasi permanece – Vamos defender os espaços de vivência livre

No dia 5 de janeiro de 2016 ativistas ocuparam um prédio na rua Hafenstr. 7, que esteve desocupado durante 10 anos. Em dois anos desenvolveu-se ali um centro sub-cultural de espaço permanente sem racismo, facismo, sexismo, homophobia e antisemitismo.
Eventos educacionais e dias de construção ali tem lugar de forma auto organizada e não comercial. Espaço que anteriormente estava se tornando em ruínas gradualmente, é utilizado atualmente como um local de encontro de famílias e refugiad@s, de grupos de esportes, workshops faça você mesm@, grupos de teatro com anfiteatro, pessoas que cozinham juntas, loja gratuita, pátio,
pequena livraria e muito mais!
No dia 31 de janeiro de 2018 o contrato para uso do local expirou e agora o projeto está sob ameaça de despejo, o que inevitavelmente significará o fim de todas estas atividades. Lugares alternativos que foram oferecidos para a Hasi se realocar não são opções de fato por uma série de razões.
A Hafenstr. 7 está ficando mais e mais atrativa para investidores – a Hasi será substituida por apartamentos de luxo em blocos de concreto. Isto porém ainda pode ser revertido!

Nós exigimos do proprietário (HWG) que cesse qualquer plano de desalojo e deixe que se dê continuidade nos diversos trabalhos voluntários que ali se encontram.
Nós exigimos que as fracções da Camara Municipal de Halle consinta em vender o prédio à associação para que assim não se perca este benefício que afinal é para a cidade de Halle.
Nós exigimos participação e sustentabilidade na política municipal que siga as necessidades dos cidadãos e não o das companhias com interesses apenas em seus lucros.

في الخامس من كانون الثاني عام 2015 قام مجموعة من الناشطين بالاستيلاء على أحد المباني في شارع هافن رقم 7 والذي كان قد كان مهجورا منذ عشر سنوات. في غضون سنتين كان قد تطور المكان الى مؤسسة كمركز ثقافي فرعي في المدينة حيث لا يوجد مكان للعنصرية، الفاشية، العنصرية الجنسية، رهاب المثلية او معاداة السامية.
في اطار عمل من التنظيم الذاتي واللا تجاري اقيمت في هذه المكان على عكس ما عهده سابقا من تدهور لوظيفته الشاغرة العديد من الفعاليات التي تساهم في عملية التعليم والثقافة والبناء.
يخدم المكان كنقطة التقاء للعديد من العائلات واللاجئين حيث تقام برامج رياضية، ورشات تعلم مهنية ذاتيه، مجموعة مسرحية مع مسرح روماني، طبخ مشترك، محل بيع محاني، حديقة كبيرة، مكتبة صغيرة وغير ذلك الكثير.
في 31.01.2018 انتهى عقد الاستخدام الخاص بالهازي مما يشكل خطرا حاليا يقتضي بإزالة المكان وبالتالي نهايته.
كمشروع بديل لهذا المكان ينوي المستثمرون الذين يبدون اهتماما به بناء منازل فاخرة من الباطون ما يعتبر اسباب غير سوية لا تشكل خيارا مقنعا ولكن ما زال بالإمكان تجنب ذلك.

در 5 ژانویه 2016، فعالان در داخل یک ساختمان در Hafenstraße 7، که ده ساله خالی بودند، اشغال کردند. در عرض دو سال، آن را تبدیل به نهادی به عنوان یک مرکز جامعه خرده فرهنگی در هاله کردن یک محل که در آن نژادپرستی، فاشیسم، تبعیض جنسی، همجنسگرا ستیزی و یا ضد یهودی بود . یک گروه به طور خود سازمان یافته و غیر تجاری پیدا شده است که در آن جای ، وقایع در حال حاضر آموزش و Baueinsätze جای بانک خانه نیز به عنوان محل ملاقات برای خانواده و یا پناهندگان مردم، گروه های ورزشی، کارگاه های آموزشی کمک به خود، یک گروه تئاتر با سالن آمفی تئاتر، پخت و پز با هم یک فروشگاه و…. وجود دارد که در یک باغ بزرگ می باشد، یک کتابخانه کوچک و خیلی چیزهای دیگر در تاریخ 31 ژانویه 2018، توافقنامه کاربری منقضی شده و بنابراین پایان پروژه است . Hafenstraße 7 برای سرمایه گذاران جذاب تر و جذاب تر می شود و Hasi باید در قالب سازه های بتونی به آپارتمان های لوکس تبدیل شود. اما هنوز هم می توانیم مانع شویم! ما از صاحبخانه (HWG) می خواهیم که اجازه ندهد ، به طوری که تعهد داوطلبانه ادامه یابد. ما از شورای شهر درخواست می کنیم که پیشنهاد فروش ملک را به انجمن حمایت کننده برای فروش این مزایا به شهر هاله برسانیم. ما برای یک سیاست شهری مشارکتی و پایدار است که به نیازهای مردم و نه با منافع سود از شرکت های مستقر پاسخ دهد، ما همبستگی خود را با همه کسانی که برای یک شهرستان مبارزه برای همه و در برابر افزایش اجاره بها، اخراج و جابجایی در مناطق شهری اعلام می کنیم! با ما در 24.02.همراه باشید. در هاله و تبدیل شدن به یک صدای واحد و متعهد کنار هم باشیم „Hasi stays!“
